With the departure of Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard to the WWF, the Four Horsemen needed two new members; so The Road Warrior turned heel on Sting during their Six-Man Tag match against Mike Rotunda, Rick Steiner and Kevin Sullivan of The Varsity Club. Ultimately, the RW's never became Horsemen while the remains of the group temporarily became the Yamazaki Corporation managed by Hiro Matsuda.
