US Citizens Arrested In Uganda For Torturing "Adopted" Children

We keep seeing these cases where people who claim to want to "volunteer" in Africa inevitably turn up having abused or harmed the children there. This time it's a couple from South Carolina who locked a child in a room with no food, water or clothes.
